It has a utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and coal store for fuel.

Due to the location of the property, Chapel House is particularly suited to the outdoor enthusiast with an abundance of walking, hiking and bird watching direct from the door.  Farm animals graze freely from outside the grounds of the cottage and the bird life is exceptional.
